Shipping and returns

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at [email protected].

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and digital downloads. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at [email protected].
